International Integrated Systems (IIS) has been actively advancing its presence in the smart healthcare sector in recent years, leveraging its expertise in AI, cloud computing, and data analytics combined with systems integration to expand applications in primary medical care and long-term care. Chairperson Lily Wu noted that the company expects significant growth in the smart healthcare segment this year compared to last, positioning it as a major driver of future business momentum.
Wu emphasized that IIS has long been deeply involved in smart healthcare, undertaking key government projects related to National Health Insurance, public health and welfare, and pandemic prevention and quarantine systems—all driven by regulatory requirements. The company is responsible for system development, implementation, and maintenance, integrating capabilities such as big data analysis, personal data encryption, and anti-counterfeiting verification into its solutions. In recent years, the government has encouraged cloud-based systems for primary clinics and strengthened long-term care services in response to an aging population.
For primary care clinics, IIS has developed its own clinic service solutions, integrating Chunghwa Telecom’s telemedicine platform with E.SUN Bank’s multi-payment functions, helping local clinics accelerate their digital transformation.
In long-term care, with the implementation of the government’s “Long-Term Care 3.0 Ten-Year Plan,” IIS is focusing on introducing AI-driven care services. Drawing on its extensive experience in providing IT solutions for nursing facilities and participating in related government initiatives, the company has developed an AI-assisted assessment and record-generation solution to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of caregiving.
In August, IIS reported NT$335 million in revenue, representing a 15.37% year-on-year increase. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months of the year reached NT$2.599 billion, up 3.59% from the same period last year.
