Digital transformation leader AlleyPin has partnered with Weleader Biomedical, a premier IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) provider, to integrate diagnostic data into clinic workflows. This collaboration addresses the fragmented nature of healthcare data, creating a seamless chain from prevention to diagnosis.

As Taiwan enters a "super-aged" society, the demand for early screening is skyrocketing. The precision care market in Taiwan exceeds NT$70 billion, with 5% annual growth. Currently, clinics only capture 30% of the health check market, leaving massive room for expansion.

The Strategy:

• Phase 1: Digital Integration. Using AlleyPin’s 1.Talk PRM (Patient Relationship Management) system and Weleader Biomedical’s digital platform, clinics can now push lab reports directly to patients via LINE. This reduces administrative burdens and aligns with "paperless" sustainability goals.
• Phase 2: Data-Driven Decision Support. The partnership will move toward analyzing longitudinal data to support clinical decisions, enabling clinics to offer personalized health management and preventive care.

Lo Wei-cheng, Co-founder of AlleyPin, stated that the goal is to break "data silos" with lightweight digital tools. Weleader Biomedical expects the partnership to eventually serve over 3,000 clinics, elevating the quality of primary care through data insights.
