Targeting the aging demographic, CHC Healthcare Group held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Shing-Lin Hospital and Long-Term Care Park in Taoyuan. Scheduled for completion in 2029, the park will serve as North Taiwan's flagship model for integrated medical and elderly care.
Newly appointed Chairman Derry Lee highlighted that the project is a joint venture with Japan’s renowned Sakura Cross Group. By blending Japanese hospitality with local medical habits, CHC aims to provide a high-quality, human-centric care environment.
Growth Outlook: CHC’s revenue grew 25.2% YoY in the first ten months of this year. In addition to long-term care, the group secured a major contract for a proton therapy system and is promoting its Neutron Therapeutics BNCT (Boron Neutron Capture Therapy) equipment—the first globally to seek EU CE certification. With these short-, mid-, and long-term drivers, CHC is well-positioned for record revenue in 2025.
