• Strategic Advantage: Utah is a hub for dietary supplement brands. The facility integrates production, quality control (QC), and logistics, significantly shortening lead times and reducing supply chain risks for major local direct-selling clients.
• Market Positioning: The "Made in USA" label is expected to enhance consumer trust and brand image. TCI aims to shift from a traditional OEM model to a strategic partnership where they co-develop products and plan capacity with clients.
• Financial Impact: Transitioning the property to Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) will stabilize cost structures against rising rents and improve overall gross margins as capacity utilization increases.
