Aligning with the "Healthy Taiwan" and "Resilient National Medical Preparedness" policies, SIGMU Group (SECOM) and Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH) co-hosted a joint advocacy and donation ceremony on February 3.
- AI Training Modules: SECOM’s subsidiary, Living Medical, donated 23 "Ar-Rong" AI Smart First Aid Training Modules to the TVGH system and Veterans Homes. Developed by the TVGH Teaching Department and commercialized by SECOM’s LeadWell, the module integrates Generative AI and real-time feedback to eliminate the need for constant human instructors in CPR and AED training.
- 普及ization of Life-Saving Skills: SECOM Chairman James Lin noted that the group has trained over 470,000 individuals in CPR+AED as of January 2026. The new "Ar-Rong" system aims to move training from hospitals into schools, enterprises, and communities.
- Enhanced Resilience: The 2026 curriculum now standardizes tourniquet application alongside CPR+AED. TVGH Vice President Wang Shuu-jiun emphasized that building "Resilient Citizens" is the foundation of a pyramid that ensures hospital systems remain functional during mass casualty events or wartime scenarios.
