CH BIOTECH R&D, a leading agricultural biotechnology company, announced yesterday the global launch of its next-generation product, “Endurance Enhancer.” The company also signed a distribution agreement worth USD 42 million (approximately NT$1.2 billion) with its Indonesian partner, PT MAJU MAKMUR UTOMO (M2U). The product is expected to begin contributing to revenue starting in August.

CH BIOTECH noted that Indonesia, with a population exceeding 200 million, is a major agricultural nation where increasing food production for self-sufficiency is a key governmental priority. The country is facing pressing needs for agricultural upgrading and environmentally sustainable transformation. In response to mounting global warming, erratic climate conditions, and pest and disease threats, the new Endurance Enhancer will enable Indonesian farmers to increase crop yield and quality without adding more fertilizers or agricultural inputs.

Winston Wu, Chairman of CH BIOTECH, stated that M2U is a major distributor of agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds. The company offers a complete one-stop supply chain for agricultural inputs, covering everything from cultivation to pest control. Its products and technologies are widely adopted in Indonesia’s key farming regions, including Java, Sulawesi, and Sumatra.
