On August 15, Ascension Medical Biotechnology announced that it has received a strategic investment from Qisda Group. This investment will accelerate the commercialization of Ascension’s technologies, strengthen channel integration through collaboration with Qisda, deepen its footprint in the medical industry, and propel the company into a new stage of growth.

Founded in 2020, Ascension Medical Biotechnology is a leading company focused on precision medicine and biopharmaceuticals. The company holds patented “Biochemical Pulse” technology, which allows modulation of cell induction methods to alter the specific functions of exosomes. This enables the production of high-purity, high-quality induced Biochemical Pulse exosomes and related products applicable in biotech pharmaceuticals, hair growth, beauty, and medical devices.

Over the past three years, Ascension has successfully brought multiple products to market, aligning closely with global medical trends and aiming to enhance healthcare accessibility and patient well-being.

Chairman Shu-Sheng Hsieh stated that the partnership with Dali Investment and Qisda marks an important milestone for Ascension in market expansion. Ascension’s “Next-Generation Functional Induction Biochemical Pulse Exosome Application Technology Platform” significantly reduces product development time and costs and was recognized with the 21st National Innovation Award last year. Using its proprietary Biochemical Pulse technology, Ascension focuses on developing and producing high-quality functional induction exosomes. Compared with traditional exosomes, Biochemical Pulse exosomes, through patented methods, enhance specific functional efficacy by several dozen times, increase protein content by 202%, and elevate miRNA content by 188%, resulting in more pronounced effects on cell repair and tissue regeneration.
