Altos Computing Inc., a subsidiary of Acer, announced on the 30th that it has officially signed a cooperation agreement with Repurgenesis Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hua An. Altos stated that the two companies will leverage its “Altos aiWorks Computing Platform,” combining high-performance computing (HPC) and AI infrastructure expertise with Repurgenesis’s core capabilities in AI-driven drug development, to jointly establish a next-generation high-performance AI drug development platform. The collaboration aims to accelerate the application of AI in precision medicine and smart healthcare, creating new opportunities for cross-industry collaboration.

Altos noted that in order to deepen its AI drug development strategy and strengthen R&D competitiveness, Hua An established the wholly-owned subsidiary Repurgenesis in August.
