BONRAYBIO Surpasses Last Year’s Full-Year Profit in First Three Quarters, EPS 2.93, 2026 Outlook Remains Strong
2026-01-04

BONRAYBIO reported a net profit after tax of NT$72.68 million in the first three quarters of 2025, surpassing last year’s full-year profit and representing a 62% increase over the same period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) reached NT$2.93. The company has signed a distribution agreement with a Canadian partner and obtained product registration in Russia, paving the way for continued global market expansion. Existing customer sales remain strong, and with new products gradually obtaining approvals, fourth-quarter and 2026 revenue and profitability are expected to maintain an upward trajectory.

BONRAYBIO, invited by First Securities, held an investor conference yesterday (11th) to present its first three-quarter financial results. Revenue reached NT$224 million, up approximately 40% year-on-year, while net profit after tax was NT$72.68 million, significantly higher than NT$44.77 million in the same period last year and exceeding last year’s total profit of NT$68.36 million. EPS stood at NT$2.93.

Cumulative revenue for the first ten months of the year totaled NT$248 million, a 40% increase from the same period last year. Yang Peizhen, Vice President of Finance and Administration, attributed the growth to the company’s male sperm quality analyzers and consumables, which are fast, simple, and automated. Using AI-powered instruments reduces manpower requirements significantly, allowing these products to gradually replace manual microscopy in the reproductive medicine markets across various countries, thereby driving increased demand.

BONRAYBIO’s products are now sold in 75 countries, with new markets still being explored. This year, the company obtained MDSAP (Medical Device Single Audit Program) quality system certification, meeting regulatory requirements in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, and the U.S. In Canada, BONRAYBIO has signed a distribution agreement, and it has also secured product registration approval in Russia, further expanding its global sales footprint and providing new momentum for fourth-quarter and next-year revenue.

Yang Wan-ying, Vice President of Business Development, noted that 2026 will mark BONRAYBIO’s 10th anniversary. Research and development will expand beyond male reproductive health into oocyte cryopreservation and thawing technologies, addressing the growing demand for egg freezing among women, whether for future fertility preservation or as part of assisted reproductive procedures. The company has identified ways to optimize clinical handling processes that impact oocyte survival rates and is accelerating R&D to bring new products to market.

Supported by growth across its existing product lines, new product launches, and ongoing global market expansion, BONRAYBIO expects fourth-quarter and 2026 revenue and profitability to continue on a strong growth trajectory.
