- Taiwan Channel Optimization: Increasing the ratio of self-pay products and cost efficiency.
- Overseas Expansion: Leveraging existing licenses in Malaysia and Macau to generate substantial revenue.
- Inorganic Growth: Evaluating strategic M&A and expanding subsidiaries.
Product Pipeline:
- Varenate (Smoking Cessation) and a First-in-Class dry eye nasal spray are expected to launch in January 2026.
- Presbyopia (Old-age Nearsightedness): The U.S. FDA action date for the licensed presbyopia drug is January 28, 2026. If approved, TSH Biopharm plans to file for Taiwan registration in Q1 2026, aiming for 2027 approval to become the first domestic prescription drug for presbyopia.
