At the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference Taipei on March 10, CEO James Chang announced TaiMed's evolution into a dual-platform model: "Long-acting HIV Therapy + Precision Autoimmune Treatment."

• HIV Pipeline: The core combination therapy, TMB-365/380 (administered every two months, Q2M), has entered Phase 2b. Clinical data showed a 100% viral suppression rate over 24 weeks with no virological failures. Enrollment is expected to complete by mid-2026, with interim data readouts by late 2026. Peak sales potential is estimated at US$3–4 billion.
• Autoimmune & ADC Platform: TaiMed is pivoting toward the US$400 billion autoimmune market. Leveraging its CD4-targeted Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) platform, the company aims to treat Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis, and Lupus. By delivering drugs directly into CD4 cells, the platform requires less than 1% of standard systemic doses, significantly reducing side effects.
