• OEM/ODM Momentum: The contract manufacturing segment saw a massive 58.65% YoY increase, fueled by steady volumes of lactic acid bacteria and mushroom mycelia raw materials, alongside strong pharmaceutical sales.
• Brand Performance: Functional drinks surged due to World Baseball Classic-themed packaging, while the "King of Antrodia" and "Probiotic King" series grew by 5.57% YoY.
• Direct Sales & International Expansion: Its direct sales subsidiary, UVACO (Pro-Partner), saw revenue grow by 7.75% as structural optimizations concluded. Notably, the group will officially launch its direct sales model in Malaysia this year, marking a major step in overseas expansion.
• Shanghai Operations: Shanghai Grape King reported a 25.67% YoY increase, with high capacity utilization expected to continue through February.
