Grape King (葡萄王) reported December consolidated revenue of NT$829 million (-30.43% YoY) and full-year revenue of NT$10.25 billion (-8.14% YoY). The decline was primarily due to a shift in the promotional calendar of its direct-sales subsidiary, UVACO (葡眾).
Segment Performance:
- Taiwan Operations: Full-year growth reached 16.21%, driven by a 54.03% surge in OEM/ODM business. Demand for new dosage forms (soft gels and jellies) remains high.
- Brain Health Strategy: The company is seeing a surge in demand for its Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) mycelium powder for neurological health. Global regulatory filings and trademark registrations are being accelerated to convert this demand into long-term orders.
- Shanghai Operations: Revenue showed month-on-month improvement. New "waterless collagen" beauty products and functional beverages are slated for a Q2 2026 launch.
- UVACO (葡眾): Despite a high 2024 base and conservative consumer spending, the start of the Malaysia Operations Center in 2026 is expected to trigger a new growth cycle.
