- Product Profile: Developed using the proprietary APNT nanoparticle platform, APP13007 was approved by the U.S. FDA in 2024. It offers a simple BID (twice-daily) regimen for 14 days. Clinical surveys show its key advantages are rapid pain relief (80% of patients pain-free within 4 days) and a low adverse event rate (<2%).
- Strategic Fit: CEO Erick Co highlighted Arrotex’s unparalleled pharmacy network. Arrotex CEO Matt Zeller noted the drug fits their ambition to provide meaningful innovation to the ~250,000 annual cataract surgery patients in the region.
