Synmosa Biopharma achieved record-breaking revenue and profit in 2025, with an EPS of $1.66. Chairman Chih-Hui Lin outlined an ambitious roadmap to reach NT$30 billion in revenue by 2030 through self-growth, strategic alliances, and continuous acquisitions.
Expansion Plans:
- Investment Surge: Synmosa plans to invest NT$18 billion over the next six years—NT$9 billion for drug license acquisitions and licensing, and another NT$9 billion to acquire 2 to 3 pharmaceutical enterprises.
- New Launches: Innovative therapies for uterine fibroids (Yselty) and chronic constipation (Goofice, the world’s first IBAT inhibitor) are scheduled for launch in Taiwan by May 2026.
- Zai Lab Collaboration: Synmosa will take over the commercialization of three existing products from its 6-item exclusive agreement with Zai Lab, covering lung cancer, oncology, and autoimmune diseases.
- Global Footprint: After establishing a South Korean subsidiary in 2025, the company plans to launch a Malaysian subsidiary this year to further penetrate the Southeast Asian market.
