Under the terms of the agreement, Lotus will acquire the South Korean market assets for OM Pharma's specialty biopharmaceutical product engineered for the prevention of recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). The transaction includes the formal transfer of drug licenses (marketing authorizations), registered trademarks, commercial finished goods inventory, and all associated intellectual property rights.
