During its Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on May 28, 2026, TTY Biopharm (台灣東洋藥品; 4105 TT) General Manager Hou Ching-lan delivered an operational update detailing the international scaling of its flagship liposomal asset, Lipo-AB (a complex generic formulation of Liposomal Amphotericin B). Three years post its initial US commercial launch, Lipo-AB has successfully captured over one-third (33%) of the total US market share. TTY Biopharm confirmed that it is in the final stages of securing regulatory marketing authorization in Australia, while secondary commercial expansion plans into the Middle East and Southeast Asia are progressing on schedule.
Next-Generation Complex Generic Pipeline: Driven by its three-pillar core operational strategy, TTY Biopharm posted record-high consolidated revenues of NT$6.45 billion for FY2025, representing an annualized growth of 9%. This momentum carried into early fiscal 2026, with revenue from January to April rising 7% year-over-year and operating profits leaping 23%. Moving forward, the company’s capital allocation will focus on sustained US market volume expansion and the imminent commercial launch of Lipo-AB in Australia. Concurrently, TTY Biopharm is directing R&D capital toward sustained-release microsphere formulations, targeting the imminent US regulatory submission and launch of its second high-barrier complex generic asset.
