- Leadership: Academian Yang Pan-chyr (former President of NTU) will serve as Chairman, and Dr. Tsai Ping-huang of NYCU Hospital will serve as CEO.
- Shareholders: Initial capital is set at NT$1 billion, with tech giants Wistron, Catcher, Delta Electronics, and Elan Microelectronics as primary investors. The National Development Fund (NDF) is expected to join in the next round.
- Strategic Scope: Partnering with medical centers like NTU, NCKU, TVGH, and KMUH, the company will offer five core services: early screening, drug development, innovative medical devices, regenerative medicine, and personalized care.
- Infrastructure: Following the Executive Yuan's support, Hospital Information Systems (HIS) across medical centers will be fully interoperable by 2026, with regional hospitals following by 2028. The platform aims to become the world's premier de-identified Chinese medical data asset.
