• Just Transition: A major focus of the 2026 budget will be Precision Health Protection for vulnerable groups, such as the elderly and the homeless, who are disproportionately affected by extreme temperature fluctuations.
• Strategic Directions: 1. Bi-annual joint committee meetings to align cross-ministerial energy with private sector expertise. 2. Translating complex monitoring data into accessible health guidelines and early warning systems. 3. Refining adaptation strategies for extreme temperatures to ensure the safety of high-risk populations.
