With the shutdown impact from the first quarter now resolved, the company’s Q2 gross margin is expected to surpass that of Q1. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, the market expansion of the pediatric epilepsy oral solution VIGAFYDE and increasing CDMO orders—totaling US$138 million in new orders during the first half—are anticipated to steadily boost performance. Analysts are optimistic that these dual engines will drive a significant rebound in gross and operating margins in the latter half of the year.

Orient Pharma held a pre-OTC performance briefing on July 29. General Manager Chun-Tung Huang stated on July 28 that Orient Pharma focuses on three major technology platforms and is actively investing in core areas such as cardiovascular and central nervous system diseases. The company currently has three marketed drugs and plans to launch four new products, including an anti-Alzheimer’s drug, over the next four years starting this year.

2025-08-12 Tanvex BioPharma’s Biosimilar Drug Enters U.S. Market Tanvex BioPharma-KY announced yesterday (25th) that since forming a strategic alliance with the Bora Group in January this year, it will now operate under the CDMO business brand “Bora Biologics” starting this week. Tanvex Chairman Bobby Sheng stated that the company’s first biosimilar drug, NYPOZ (reference original drug: Neupogen, a leukocyte growth factor), is set to officially launch in the U.S. market in the second half of this year.
